Politique d’expédition

During a holiday week, orders may have a processing time of additional 2-5 days on top of the processing times stated above, which do not include shipping timeframes. All orders placed on the site will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once shipped. Therefore please make sure your email address is correct before you submit your order. During major holiday seasons from November through January, the processing times before shipment, may be longer. Also during this time mail carriers may have delays therefore you may have to check with your local post office on delay timeframes using the tracking number provided to you in the shipment confirmation email you receive from us.

Please note, when packages are shipped and marked delivered we are not responsible for those packages. Therefore please make arrangements to have someone available to receive all packages.

International shipping

Processing times for international orders remain the same as above however, shipping times will vary depending on the courier. All processing times do not include shipping times (weekends/holidays not included). 

Even though we do ship internationally, it is very important to consider what  customs duty handling fees and processes are in your respective country as they vary from country to country. Unfortunately we cannot control those fees and what the rules and regulations are as they may change over time. 

Please make sure to note that we are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided to us by the customer. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, we will be happy to re-ship, once you pay the shipping cost. Re-shipment will not be processed unless a re-shipment fee is made.

You may request by email evangeline@alysonamber.com to have your items mailed to a different address where someone can take delivery of them.
